Living The Law of Attraction – a 21 day self-guided program

Sometimes a potential client is unable to do private phone coaching with me, and I was looking for a way to help them learn about the Law of Attraction.  So I decided that I should write a 21 day program that someone could do on their own.  The program would have daily Law of Attraction processes and techniques so that the reader could learn them and put them into use to improve their own life.

One day the title Living The Law of Attraction came to me.  Once I had the title I knew that the program would just kind of write itself, which it did!

What is Living The Law of Attraction, and how does someone use it?

In the intro of the book I talk about the Law of Attraction and what it is.  Then when the reader is ready, they start on “Day 1” and on that day they practice the process I talk about.

Then, the next day, they do what it suggests on “Day 2” and so on and so on for the remainder of the 21 days.

The great thing is that at the end of the 21 days, the reader doesn’t just stop, they continue to use what they learned for the rest of their lives so they can attract what they want, and feel great.  At least that’s what my intention was when I wrote the program.

Manifesting What You Want

When it comes to manifesting something you want, how good are you at consistently thinking it’s going to manifest for you without getting discouraged?  I ask because it can be very easy to be excited about it one day, and then discouraged that it hasn’t happened yet on another day.

When it comes to the Law of Attraction you have to do your best to have a certainty that it will happen.

I always like using the following example.  When you get into your car to go somewhere you most likely never question if you’re going to get there.  Half way there you don’t turn around because you’re not there yet.  You have an expectation, a certainty that you’re going to get there.  If you can take that same certainty you have when it comes to knowing that you’re going to get to wherever you’re going, and put that feeling of certainty towards something you want to manifest, Law of Attraction can’t help but bring it to you.

Idea to help you manifest what you want

So the next time you go somewhere pause for a moment and feel that certainty, that knowing that you’re going to get there without a doubt.  Then, immediately think about something you want to manifest, and do your best to feel that same certainty, that 100% knowing that it’s going to happen for you.

It will take practice to get good at it, but once you do, be prepared to attract whatever it is you are certain about manifesting.  It’s also important to remember to let go of how or when something will manifest.

What type of season are you choosing?

What type of season are you choosing?

This morning I passed a large sign that said “It’s cold and flu season…”

Thousands of people pass this sign every day, probably several times a day.

It made me realize that thousands of people every day are told “It’s cold and flu season” and as such are probably attracting that to themselves and getting sick.  Not only are we all very suggestible, but thoughts are very powerful.  If we drive by that sign every day and read it, we’re implanting that thought.

Perfect health season

But, wouldn’t it be amazing if there were signs posted all over that said, “IT’S PERFECT HEALTH SEASON.”

Just think how wonderful it would be for everyone to be getting that message instead every day, several times a day!

I’m sure there would be much less people getting the cold and flu if they were thinking “it’s perfect health season.”

I’m choosing to think “it’s perfect health season” and I hope you choose to think that as well.

Why bother looking?

Why bother looking?

I was surfing the web and realized that most of the pop-ups and articles are vibration lowering.

Seriously, how many stories on the web are positive, vibration raising articles? Yes there are some, but mostly it’s all depressing and sad news, just like on TV.  So many tweets and Instagram posts are also very negative.

So I decided, why bother looking at anything that lowers my vibration?

There’s nothing I can do about most of the things, so it’s simply a waste of time, and vibration lowering.

It’s a choice what you look at and read.

Remember, that when it comes to the Law of Attraction, how you’re vibrating is what you’re attracting into your experience. Knowing that, I want my vibrations to always be as high as possible, as often as possible.

So from now on, I’m vowing to only look at positive, inspiring, and vibration raising stories and posts.

How are you spending your time?

How are you spending your time?

I was thinking about it the other day that someone I know spent about 3 hours being mad at a situation that she couldn’t control. But if she knew how, she could control how long she stayed mad.

It made me realize that she literally wasted 3 hours of her life that she can’t get back being mad, and in return Law of Attraction will give her more to be mad about.  It’s just how it is, like attracts like.  What you focus on is what you’ll attract.

I realized that once a day is over we can’t get that time back, so what’s the point of choosing to be mad, angry, jealous, and all the other lower vibration thoughts and emotions? I’m not suggesting when something happens you don’t feel these emotions, but once you know how to use the Law of Attraction, you don’t allow yourself to stay there for too long because you don’t want to attract more of it.

Solution to how to spend your time.

So with each passing second, minute, hour, and day, are you spending your time with higher vibration thoughts like love, joy, happiness, celebration, etc., OR are you spending your time with the lower vibration thoughts and feelings?

The choice is up to you, but of course I hope you choose like I do to spend your time with higher vibration thoughts and feelings so that the Law of Attraction will give you more of that into your life.

Is it possible to only think positive thoughts?

Is it possible to only think positive thoughts?

To be a deliberate creator by using the Law of Attraction, it’s a must to constantly think about what you want, what you want, what you want.  This is because we know that what we focus on and think about is what we’re going to attract.

But besides doing that, how much of your day is spent on thinking positive thoughts?  I once asked a potential client “How much of your day do you think about and focus on what you want?”  To my surprise she was honest and said “Not much of the day at all.”  How can she expect to attract what she wants if she hardly spends any time thinking about and focusing on what she wants?

I was thinking about it and I have decided to choose to think positive thoughts as much as possible throughout the day.

There’s plenty of time between this and that when we’re all just thinking about nothing, so why not choose to fill that time with thinking about something positive?

How to help yourself think positive thoughts.

Think about something you want to have happen, or that’s already happened that was something you wanted.  By doing this you’ll keep yourself in the vibration of it and it can’t help but manifest for you at some point.
