Living The Law of Attraction – a 21 day self-guided program

Sometimes a potential client is unable to do private phone coaching with me, and I was looking for a way to help them learn about the Law of Attraction.  So I decided that I should write a 21 day program that someone could do on their own.  The program would have daily Law of Attraction processes and techniques so that the reader could learn them and put them into use to improve their own life.

One day the title Living The Law of Attraction came to me.  Once I had the title I knew that the program would just kind of write itself, which it did!

What is Living The Law of Attraction, and how does someone use it?

In the intro of the book I talk about the Law of Attraction and what it is.  Then when the reader is ready, they start on “Day 1” and on that day they practice the process I talk about.

Then, the next day, they do what it suggests on “Day 2” and so on and so on for the remainder of the 21 days.

The great thing is that at the end of the 21 days, the reader doesn’t just stop, they continue to use what they learned for the rest of their lives so they can attract what they want, and feel great.  At least that’s what my intention was when I wrote the program.

True Happiness

True Happiness and Law of Attraction

Did you know that true happiness comes from within – it’s not circumstantial?  Of course when something good happens for us, it can make us feel happy in the moment.  But, after a short amount of time the high from that wears off.

However, if we learn how to be truly happy from within, and we are really feeling that way, Law of Attraction can’t help but bring us circumstances and experiences that support us feeling happy.

So the next time you realize you’re not feeling happy, you have to do something about it!

What can you do to feel happy?

There are several things we can do to deliberately help ourselves feel happy.  Some examples are:

  • Reach for better thoughts;
  • do something fun;
  • exercise;
  • go to the mall;
  • call a good friend and catch up;
  • focus on something you want and feel how good it would feel to have it.

Taking control of your happiness without it depending on outside factors feels so good and really makes a positive difference.  Once you do that, not only will you feel better in general, but you’ll really notice how you are more in control of being happy than you thought.

Deleting negative thoughts…

Deleting negative thoughts

Have you ever noticed that when you get an email that you don’t want, you simply delete it in a matter of seconds and it’s gone? But, have you ever noticed that when you’re thinking a negative thought, instead of deleting it, you hold onto it and ponder it and cling to it?

It’s interesting from a Law of Attraction perspective that if we can easily delete an unwanted email, shouldn’t we be able to “delete” an unwanted thought as well?

Can we delete an unwanted thought?

The good news is that yes, we can do that. After all, what good is holding onto a negative thought when you know that doing that isn’t good for you? It’s just going to keep you at a lower vibration, and you’re going to invite other negative thoughts and situations to manifest for you.  I don’t know about you, but I’d much rather delete negative thoughts.

One easy way to do that is that when you realize you’re thinking about something negative, you immediately ask yourself “What do I want?” regarding whatever it was you were thinking about.  Then, focus on what you want and get lost in those positive thoughts.  It actually feels good to do that.

You have to remember that the Law of Attraction gives you back whatever it is you’re focusing on, regardless if it’s something positive or negative.  It’s always up to you.

So I invite you to delete your negative thoughts as quickly as you do your unwanted email so you can enjoy your life as much as possible, and attract more of what you want (instead of what you don’t want)!

How are you spending your time?

How are you spending your time?

I was thinking about it the other day that someone I know spent about 3 hours being mad at a situation that she couldn’t control. But if she knew how, she could control how long she stayed mad.

It made me realize that she literally wasted 3 hours of her life that she can’t get back being mad, and in return Law of Attraction will give her more to be mad about.  It’s just how it is, like attracts like.  What you focus on is what you’ll attract.

I realized that once a day is over we can’t get that time back, so what’s the point of choosing to be mad, angry, jealous, and all the other lower vibration thoughts and emotions? I’m not suggesting when something happens you don’t feel these emotions, but once you know how to use the Law of Attraction, you don’t allow yourself to stay there for too long because you don’t want to attract more of it.

Solution to how to spend your time.

So with each passing second, minute, hour, and day, are you spending your time with higher vibration thoughts like love, joy, happiness, celebration, etc., OR are you spending your time with the lower vibration thoughts and feelings?

The choice is up to you, but of course I hope you choose like I do to spend your time with higher vibration thoughts and feelings so that the Law of Attraction will give you more of that into your life.

Rampage Of Gratitude….

Rampage of Gratitude

In using the Law of Attraction to attract what you want, one process I use with my clients is called the “Rampage of Gratitude“.

This is a great process that instantly raises your vibration, and draws to you more things to be grateful for.

You can do this process out loud if you’re alone, or to yourself anywhere – while driving, while standing in line somewhere, etc.

What you do is say/think about all the things you are grateful for and really feel how good it feels to be grateful for them.

I like to start my rampage as far back as I can remember and take it to the present day.

It’s amazing how many things you can remember through the years that you can be thankful for.

How to start your rampage of gratitude

Some right off the top of my head are:

I’m thankful for all the friends I’ve ever had,
I’m thankful for every check I’ve ever received,
I’m thankful for all the healers I’ve worked with over the years.
And on and on and on!

It’s also a good idea to write all these things down in a notebook and add to your gratitude list as more things come up.

If you’re ever feeling low, just start reading about all the things you’re grateful for and you will totally raise your vibrations – you’ll feel the positive difference.
