Many people who contact about Law of Attraction coaching can’t understand why they’re not attracting what they want. One question I like to ask people is “How often each day do you spend focusing on what you want, and why you want it?” After a brief silence, they admit that it’s not very often. This is part of the problem. How can we expect to attract what we want if we’re not deliberately focusing on it every day? Then they want to know how often they should focus on what they want. Then I ask “How much do you want to attract “X” into your life?” “X” could be more money, a wonderful relationship, a better job, etc. They usually respond by saying they want to attract it in a big way. So the answer to how often is VERY often! We have to understand that we must focus on what we want, and why we want it as much as possible. Most people probably focus more on the lack of not having whatever it is they want – that just keeps it from manifesting. Though I teach my clients many processes to help them focus on what they want so they can attract it, thinking about what you want every day is key. So whoever is reading this – I’m asking you “How often do you focus on what you are wanting?”
True Happiness comes from within – it’s not circumstantial. Of course when something good happens for us, it can make us happy in the moment. But, after a short amount of time the high from that wears off. However, if we learn how to be truly happy from within, and we are really feeling that way, Law of Attraction can’t help but bring us circumstances and experiences that support us feeling happy. So next time we realize we’re not feeling happy, we have to do something about it! Reach for better thoughts, do something fun, take control of our happiness without it depending on outside factors. Once we do that, not only will we feel better in general, we’ll really notice how we are more in control of being happy than we thought.
When it comes to being wealthy, most people immediately think about financial wealth, which is what you probably thought I was talkinga bout. However, if you dig a little deeper, do you really think that financial wealth is what keeps you happy? I think true wealth is when you’re genuinely in a state of joy. I think the happiest people are tbe wealthiest and those who are truly joyous on a day-to-day basies and who consciously keep their thoughts in check to stay that way. Of course it’s wonderful to be financially wealthy as well and I’d choose to have both a joyous and a financially wealthy life! But I know for sure that without living in joy as much as possible, no amount of money and no “thing” can really fulfill my life as much as joy can. Every day my intent is to have a joyous day and I take responsibility for that because I know I can choose that. Are you aware of keeping your day as joyous a possible? Here’s a fun way to invite more joy into yourl ife. Think and focus on all the things in your life that have brought you joy – this will invite more joy into your life.
