What Thoughts Are You Choosing?

What thoughts are you choosing?

It’s important to become very aware of what thoughts you’re choosing to think about and focus on.  It’s also important to become aware if you are letting what most people think bring you down unnecessarily?

Sometimes we buy into believing what most people talk about, and that can bring you down vibrationally.  You can tell if you feel down.

For example, if it’s raining outside when you wake up you may think “Ugh it’s raining outside, it’s going to be a gloomy, bad day.”  Or even “It’s so bad out today because it’s raining.”  When you say or think these thoughts you can feel that they lower your vibration.

Some other examples most would think could be “Oh man tomorrow is Monday, back to the grind” or “It’s so hot out it’s miserable.”

I think you get the idea of what I’m talking about.  Thinking these types of thoughts only serves to bring you down and helps to attract other experiences and circumstances to yourself that will also bring you down.  Remember that the Law of Attraction is always responding to how you’re vibrating (how you’re feeling).  So if you’re feeling down, you’re going to set yourself up to attract more experiences and circumstances that bring you down.

You can choose to improve your thoughts

Isn’t it better if it’s raining out to think “Yay, it’s raining, I get to experience rain and that’s great” or “Tomorrow is Monday, excellent, I’m looking forward to experiencing a new day!” or “It’s so hot out, I’m so thankful I get to experience what that feels like.”  You will feel the positive difference in these thoughts over the other more negative thoughts.

Do you see how you don’t have to go along with what most people proclaim, you can decide to turn those experiences into vibration raising experiences instead – it’s always a choice and I hope you decide to think on your own and go for the positive choice so that you’ll attract more positive experiences and thoughts into your life!
