How many coaching sessions does it take?

Many people ask me “David, how many coaching session will I need in order to fully understand the Law of Attraction, and to learn the processes which will help me attract what I want for the rest of my life?”

The answer is that there’s not one answer.

The truth is everyone is different. However, I insist that everyone start with 4 coaching sessions in a row (1 a week for 4 weeks).  I insist on this because that is the minimum amount of sessions it takes to start to get a basic understanding of how to use the Law of Attraction.  Some coaches insist on 8 sessions in a row, and I have seen others that require even more than that.

After the initial 4 sessions most clients continue on with many more sessions because they like what they are learning, and they are starting to understand how to manifest more of what they want.  The also start to feel they are at a higher vibration than when they started coaching. and it feels good!

I have also had clients who just continue with a few more sessions after the initial 4.

Clients usually want more sessions even if they stop at some point.  It seems that during the coaching they are practicing the Law of Attraction processes and techniques, and doing the other “home work” I assign them, and they can feel they have a raised vibration and are starting to feel positive about attracting what they want.  But, as the weeks go by it’s typical that they may start reverting back to old habits and realize they aren’t feeling as vibrationally high as they were when they were doing the coaching, so they want a few more sessions to get them back to where they were.

The more coaching sessions you have, the more momentum you’re building up towards helping yourself not only attract what you want, but to feel better than you ever have.

It’s important to keep your vibration high so that your resistance to attracting what you want is lower. When the resistance is lower, you start manifesting your desires.

Relationships and Law of Attraction . . .

Relationships and Law of Attraction

Believe it or not, relationships and the Law of Attraction have alot to do with each other because how you think about the following types of relationships is what you’re attracting.  When I use the word “relationships,” to me there are three types:

(1) There’s the relationship you have with yourself;

(2) the relationship(s) you have with other people; and

(3) the relationship you have, or want to have, with a love interest.

The thoughts and vibrations you’re putting out about all 3 types of relationships is exactly what you’re experiencing.

Ask yourself these relationship questions

Have you ever even thought about the relationship you have with yourself?  Are you good to yourself, kind to yourself, or do you put yourself down alot?

What about the relationships you have with other people?  Do you enjoy them, criticize them, or go out of your way to make them good?

And of course where are you thoughts about finding true love, or if you have found it, are you enjoying it, or complaining about it?

If you really take the time to ask yourself the above questions, it’s a great start to finding out where your thoughts/vibrations are when it comes to relationships in all 3 areas, because they’re all connected.

Once you’re honest with yourself about where you stand, then you can start using Law of Attraction processes to start attracting the kind of relationship(s) you really want, in all areas of your life, including with yourself!

Thoughts, thoughts, thoughts…

Thoughts, thoughts, thoughts

It would be so cool if there was a thought meter that would count how many thoughts we have throughout an entire day.

To take it one step further, it would be even better if the meter could print out a report at the end of the day with two columns. Column one would be called “Negative Thoughts” and column two would be called “Positive Thoughts.” Then under each column it would print out what those thoughts were.

I have a feeling the “Negative Thought” column would have a lot more thoughts on it than the positive thought column!

What thoughts are you thinking about?

When you stop to think about it, you’re always thinking about something – but are you usually thinking about questions like these: why something went wrong? why don’t I have enough of something? why did this happen? why did that happen? why didn’t he do what he said he would do? why am I still doing what I don’t want to do? I’m afraid of what my future holds, I’m worried about something, will I ever fall in love? and on and on and on!

With all these negative thoughts running through your head all day long, it’s no surprise that all these thoughts mentioned above (and others along those lines) are still what’s manifesting for you.  We always have to remember that what we think about and focus on is what we’re attracting, and going to attract.

The good news about thoughts

The good news is that you can take control of your thoughts little by little, day by day, thought by thought – starting today!

One way to do this is that when you find yourself thinking a negative thought, literally ask yourself “what do I want?” regarding whatever it was you were thinking about.  Once you know what you want (which is usually the opposite of the negative thought) and you start focusing on what you want, then eventually what you want will become what is.  The trick is that you have to practice asking yourself that question “What do I want?” over and over.

Eventually, with practice, more and more of your thoughts will be about what you want, instead of what you don’t want. Oh what a joyous day that will be!
