Thoughts during the night
Becoming aware of your thoughts during the day is vital so that you can use the Law of Attraction to create the life you want by focusing on what you want (instead of what you don’t want).
However, it is becoming clear to me that sometimes we have thoughts throughout the night as well. What I mean by this is sometimes you wake up in the middle of the night and find that you’re worried about something. Or maybe you wake up and just find that for some reason you’re thinking about something in a negative way. These thoughts also must be addressed to better thoughts, regardless of what time it is.
How to deal with negative night time thoughts
For example, say you wake up in the middle of the night and realize you are worried about something at work. In that moment choose to think about how you want the situation to go, instead of focusing on worry. Get lost in thinking about what would happen if it worked out, or if it had the best outcome. Then you’re more likely to fall back asleep from this more positive point of view. You’ll also get good at flipping negative thoughts to positive thoughts, even at night.
