A Positive Thought Day…
Do you love yourself enough to give yourself a positive thought day?
As you may or may not know, what you think about is what you attract to your life.
That’s why it’s important to give yourself a positive thought day.
Here’s how to do it.
Pick a day, any day, and when that day arrives every hour on the hour pause for a moment and spend two minutes thinking only positive thoughts.
While you’re thinking these wonderful positive thoughts, do your best to feel them too.
By the end of the two minutes, don’t be surprised because you’ll feel a little bit more excited about your day, a little bit happier (or maybe even alot happier).
If you’re brave enough to have a positive thought day, I don’t want to hear that you stopped doing it because you couldn’t think of enough positive thoughts every hour.
Think about positive things that happened for you in general, over the course of your life.
If necessary, do the minimum – it will still work.
If necessary, go general and think about how nice it is outside, or how thankful you are that you’re still here to enjoy a positive thought day.
You get what I mean. There are no excuses, we all have plenty of positive things to think about both present and past.
So treat yourself to a positive thought day, and just maybe, you’ll be brave enough to have more than one positive thought day in the same week!
