Today I want to ask you to consider to only think of positive thoughts all day long. I’m going to ask the same of myself today. Doing this is a great way to become more aware of your thoughts and is also a great way to find out how often you actually are thinking any negative thoughts. Once you realize you’re thinking a negative thought immediately flip it to whatever the positive thought would be. For example if you realize you’re thinking something like “i can’t stand this job” – you can immediately flip it to “i am so thankful for this job and my pay check.” Doing this will immediately start attracting a job that you are thankful for!
